FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS
Making your first home purchase can be an intimidating process. We take pride in our quality if service and our ability to communicate, to first time home buyers, the important details about their home. Same-day reports include pictures, illustrations, clear descriptions and specific limitations of our inspections. Most importantly, recommendations are given with each report to assess the current condition of the home, as well as indicate major systems near the end of their life cycle. Homefree Inspections Corp. will review the report with the buyer in detail to answer any questions as a follow up.
